History
That attorneys at Robert A. Plantz & Associates have more than sixty (60) years of combined experience in virtually every area of the law. No matter the legal issue, you will receive valuable advice and a "straight shot" with this law firm.
We concentrate on helping clients resolve their disputes, whether they be business related, family related, criminal related, or lawsuit related, in the most aggressive, cost effective, manner possible. Traditionally, this meant litigating the dispute in state or federal court. However, over the years more and more clients have expressed an interest in staying out of court and trying to resolve their disputes through less expensive settlement alternatives. In fact, courts and judges are becoming very reluctant to allow the traditional "court battle" without first sending the litigants to either mediation or arbitration. Accordingly, we are not only skilled trial attorneys, but we are experienced negotiators as well.
Achievements
The members of this firm are accredited by the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Court of Appeals and all State County Courts in Indiana. Further, each member is accredited with the Federal Courts stationed in the Northern District of Indiana, Southern District of Indiana and Chicago, Illinois.
Attorney Herbert S. Lasser is recognized as a very experienced and successful corporate, real estate and general practice attorney. He has successfully handled thousands of cases since the time he was admitted to the bar of attorneys more than 50 years ago.
Attorney Robert A. Plantz has been practicing law for 10 years in virtually all areas of the law. He has learned the corporate, real estate, and business aspects of the law from Attorney Lasser and he has developed further specialities in Personal Injury, Family Law, Criminal Law, and all areas of law that involve Litigation, Courts and Trials.
